Thank you for choosing Doubtless. Our mission is to deliver rugged, reliable products built for adventure and your satisfaction is our priority.
Returns & Refunds
Eligibility for Returns
We only accept returns in the following cases:
- You received a damaged or incorrect item.
- Your product has a manufacturing defect (covered under warranty).
Please note: Returns for change of mind are not accepted.
Returned items must:
- Be unused and in original packaging.
- Match the condition in which they were received.
Return Process
- Contact us at Sales@doubt.co.nz within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Include your order number and a brief description of the issue.
- If approved, we'll send you a return shipping label.
- Pack the item securely, attach the label, and return it within 14 days.
- If freighted to you, the freight company will collect the damaged item.
Refunds
- Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned item.
- We cover return shipping costs for damaged or incorrect items.
Warranty Policy – Doubtless lendenfeld
- The Doubtless Lendenfeld Mini - 1 Year Warranty
- The Doubtless Lendenfeld - 2 Year Warranty
What’s Covered
- Broken or malfunctioning parts due to a manufacturing fault
- Structural failure under normal use conditions
- Stitching or fabric issues not caused by misuse
What’s Not Covered
- Normal wear and tear (e.g. fading, scuffs, minor fabric abrasions)
- Accidental damage (e.g. dropped, crushed, burned, or punctured gear)
- Damage from misuse, neglect, modification, or improper storage
- Damage from exposure to extreme elements (e.g. storms, saltwater corrosion)
- Damage from mould and moisture
Warranty Claims
To make a claim, email Sales@doubt.co.nz with:
- Your name, contact details, and proof of purchase
- Photos of your installation and the issue
Limitations
This warranty is non-transferable and only applies to the original purchaser. Doubtless reserves the right to determine whether the product has a covered defect and to decide the appropriate remedy.
Warranty Policy – Doubtless Summit Pro
The Doubtless Summit Pro rooftop tent is backed by a 2 Year Warranty that covers:
- Defects in design or manufacturing that prevent the tent from performing as intended
- Repair or replacement (at our discretion) for issues arising from design or manufacturing faults
This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. It does not cover damage resulting from misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modifications.
Warranty Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:
- Improper use, installation, or any unauthorized modifications
- Normal wear and tear
- Damage caused by mold, mildew, insects, or animals

Weather related damage (e.g. wind, storms, extreme sun exposure)
- Broken poles or zippers damaged due to force or incorrect use
- Accidental punctures, tears, or damage to canvas or mesh
- UV-related degradation to fabric, paint, or materials
Warranty Policy – Doubtless 270° Awning / Shower Awning
We stand behind the quality of our gear. The Doubtless 270° Awning comes with a 12 month warranty against manufacturing defects.
What’s Covered
- Structural components (poles, hinges, frame)
- Awning fabric and included accessories
- Issues arising from normal use
What’s Not Covered
- Misuse, incorrect installation, or modification
- Weather related damage (e.g., wind, rain, hail)
- General wear and tear, UV degradation, mould, rust, punctures, snapped zippers, or condensation
- Improper maintenance or handling
Important: Our awnings are highly water resistant, not 100% waterproof. An occasional drip may occur and is not considered a defect.

If approved, we will repair, replace, or offer a comparable product if the original is unavailable. We reserve the right to reject claims where installation guidelines weren’t followed.
Warranty Policy – Doubtless Airlite Swag
We stand behind the quality of our gear. The Doubtless Airlite Swag comes with a 12 month warranty against manufacturing defects.
This warranty covers defects in materials and manufacturing only. It does not cover damage resulting from misuse, abuse, normal wear and tear, or improper care. Specifically, this warranty does not include damage caused by:

Misuse, incorrect setup, or failure to follow product instructions

Exposure to extreme weather conditions

Accidents, impact, or transport related damage

Condensation, mould, mildew, insects, animals, or children

Zipper damage due to snagging, jamming, or the application of excessive force

Accidental punctures, tears, or piercings of the air poles

Installation Guidelines (Important)
For warranty to remain valid, follow these instructions:
- Use only the supplied brackets
- Brackets must be at least 1250mm apart
- Rear bracket must be no more than 300mm from the back
- Do not over tighten fixing bolts
- All 4 bolts must be used to secure the awning
- Fix to either a roof rack or canopy, not both
- Confirm correct nut sizing with your roof rack manufacturer
